The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a government-run programme that aims to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities by providing them with security, convenience, and the necessary assistance.
We offer three types of disability support that are covered by the NDIS:
1. Permanent/significant disability: This NDIS service addresses any significant disability that has a significant impact on the participant’s ability to perform daily activities.
2. Services and assistance: NDIS support services are responsible for providing materials of assistance or services to assist a person in leading a normal daily life. Community programmes to increase interactions with their local community, transportation assistance, NDIS accommodation, and so on are examples of these.
3. Early intervention entails providing assistance to a child or adult in the early stages of disability. This lessens the impact of the disability or aids in coping with developmental delays. This includes cognitive development, behavioural therapy, and other interventions to help them gain skills and independence.
